Ingredients:
1 Graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch, deep

Filling:
2 Lbs. Cream Cheese, softened
1 C Sugar
1/2 C Heavy Cream
1 C Sour Cream
5 large Eggs, room temperature
3 Tsp. Lemon Juice, fresh, chopped
1/4 C Cornstarch
1 1/2 C Bananas, very ripe, mashed

Topping:
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
16 Oz. Pineapple Chunks in Syrup, crushed
Melted Milk Chocolate
Strawberries, mashed
Whipped Cream
Maraschino Cherries

Directions: Preheat oven to 325°. Place pan of water in oven. Beat cream cheese until fluffy on high speed. Add sugar and beat. On low, beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in cream, sour cream, lemon juice and cornstarch. Stir in banana. Pour into crust. Bake 1 hour until edges are firm and middle is a bit soft. Remove from oven. Let cool completely, around 10 minutes. Topping: mix sugar and cornstarch well in saucepan. Add pineapple and cook until boiling and thickened slightly. Cool completely. To assemble… pour pineapple over top. Drizzle on melted chocolate. Add strawberries. Pipe on whipped cream, top with cherries.
