Serves 4

Ingredients:
4 steaks (top sirloin, strip loin, t-bone etc.)
1 bottle of beer
2 sprigs oregano
2 sprigs parsley
2 sprigs thyme
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions: Marinate steaks for at least one hour. Remove from marinade and grill on medium-high heat until preferred level of doneness. Very tender. Baste with your favorite BBQ sauce.
