Ingredients:
3/4 cup hoisin sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground allspice
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1 small hot red chili pepper, seeded and crumbled, or about 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 bunch green onions, about 6 to 8, sliced, with green
2 to 3 pounds boneless country style pork ribs, trimmed

Directions: In a small bowl, mix together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sherry, ginger, honey, garlic, allspice, orange peel, and red chili pepper. Place 1/3 of the green onions in a 3 1/2- to 5-quart slow cooker. Top with some of the pork ribs and spoon some of the sauce on the meat. Repeat these layers 2 more times, ending with the remaining sauce. Cover and cook on low 9 to 10 hours, or until tender. Serves 6.
