Ingredients:
1 Medium onion
1/2 c Olive oils
5 tbsp. Lemon juice
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
2 tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
5-1/2 tbsp. Minced fresh ginger
1 tbsp. Ground cumin
1 tbsp. Chili powder
4 tsp. Sherry or red wine or bourbon
1 tsp. Turmeric
1 tsp. Dried oregano
1 tsp. Coarsely ground pepper
2 Large garlic clove
4 lbs. Flank steak

Instructions: Mix first 13 ingredients in large bowl. Divide marinade mixture between 2 large shallow baking dishes. Add steaks to marinade, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Grill steaks to desired degree of doneness, about 8 minutes on each side. Heat marinade in saucepan. Cut steaks diagonally into thin slices. Pour some marinade over the slices. Garnish with cilantro or parsley and serve.
